Help & FAQ
How do I connect a TV?
On your TV, open timeframes.au/app in the browser. It shows a QR code and a 6-digit code — scan it with your phone, or type the code, to pair.

On Android TV or Fire TV you can also install the TimeFrames app from the Play Store / Appstore for a smoother, full-screen experience — it pairs the same way.
Can I use a computer or smart display?
Yes — choose “A browser” when adding a display, set it up, then open the shareable link on that device. No app or sign-in needed on the screen itself.
Why aren’t my photos showing?
Make sure the album is added and the device is online. New uploads sync over Wi-Fi by default — you can change that in the device’s Settings.
How do day & night modes work?
Open the device’s Schedule and drag a block’s edges to retime it, or tap a gap to add one. Days that share a setup live in one group — edit once, applies to all of them.
How do alarms work?
Tap the Alarms button on a device. One-time alarms clear themselves after they ring; recurring ones repeat on the days you choose, and flash the clock on screen.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Tap your avatar (top-right) → Plan & billing to switch between monthly and annual, change plan, or cancel.
