Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TimeFrames ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

TimeFrames is a clock, photo slideshow, and display application for Android TV, phones, and web browsers. It displays world clocks, weather, photo slideshows, and supports scheduling, alarms, and night mode.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription Tiers

TimeFrames offers multiple subscription tiers with different feature limits. Tiers may include Free, Pro, and Business plans. Features, pricing, and limits for each tier are displayed within the app and may change from time to time.

Free — limited clocks, photos, and devices. Promotional slides may be shown.
Paid tiers — additional features including more devices, unlimited photos, scheduling, alarms, night modes, and no promotional slides.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the app; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Photos and Your Data

TimeFrames does not download, store, or process your photos on our servers. Photos you select are stored in your own Google Drive account, encrypted by the app on your device before upload. Our server stores only display settings and a reference to the files in your Drive.

All photo data remains in your Google account and is accessed only by the app running on your devices. You can revoke Google access at any time.

6. Promotional Slides

Free-tier users may see promotional slides within the slideshow. These are not personalised and do not use tracking cookies or personal data for targeting.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or payment requirements.
Overload the service with automated requests.
Share device access credentials with unauthorised parties.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. Features may be added, modified, or removed.

9. Intellectual Property

The TimeFrames app, its code, design, and branding are the property of WizBang Pty Ltd. Your photos and personal data remain yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

TimeFrames is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed alarms, incorrect time displays, photo display issues, or any damages arising from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
